Hello Colgaters, and other recent college grads!
We have reserved two cabins at Oglebay that have around a 42 person capacity (21 double beds, plus floor space). They are reserved from Friday at 2pm until Sunday at 11am and we were hoping they could be a way for you all to get together and just enjoy the time together - not to mention be a place where we can hang out and see everyone together!
The price will vary based on how many people decide to come/stay here, but it should be a pretty inexpensive investment ($2195/42 = $52 for the whole weekend). Once we figure out how many people are coming, we are going to ask everyone to pay that same rate, regardless of how many nights you staying, just to keep things simpler.
The rooms are set up with two double beds, and the plan is two have four people per room - meaning you should either find someone your willing to share a bed with, plan on crashing on the floor (bring a sleeping bag), or be prepared to share a bed with someone random. You guys can duke it out about who sleeps where.
Also, we are offering a spaghetti dinner for anyone who comes on Friday night and needs some nourishment after your long and arduous travels.
Let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in staying in the cabins (please do!) and if you would like dinner on Friday.
